Reginald Ndubi did not hear of sabotage at their ANC meetings. Most white South Africans have so many resources they can draw on, that are not strictly financial. Pass laws, which to the Africans are among the most hated bits of legislation in South Africa, render any African liable to police surveillance at any time.
But this is no reason as I shall presently explain why I should not use the place. The first time I heard it was the other way round for many of my white friends, I was gobsmacked.
